Comcast sales
Comcast’s base salary is disappointingly low for a Senior Business Account Executive role. However, what I want to know is how many people actually hit their estimated quota or overachieve their quota especially on their first year. Is there a lot of potential for career progression? Since Comcast prides itself as a Fortune 500 company, I was hoping in the upcoming years, I can expect a lot of pay bumps or should I manage my expectations? I have an interview coming up and although some people have said it can be a great exercise to strengthen your interview skills, I wouldn’t want to move jobs if very people got or exceed their quota. Yep, plus my base is a lot more at where I am so unless the commission is more than double the base, I wouldn’t consider the role at Comcast
