WAI. sometimes it's worth spending a little time challenging your own assumptions first. you don't have to opine on things you don't fully understand.
Samsung is the biggest seller of Android phones or at least the first company people think of when you say Android - Pixel is comparatively a niche product line with far less global reach. This makes sense.
