What do comp packages at Oracle look like? do they have bonus, salary and RSUs? If so, how does it breakdown?

Now that’s out of the way..... First year will be sign-on and base pay, RSU’s start to vest after the first year. No bonus. Every year you will get a stock grant if you perform just above average. I’ve seen as small as 500 RSU’s all the way up to 5000 RSU’s as a refresher. Also once a year there is a merit increase, but same rules apply. You will have to be above average to see anything.
What’s the vesting schedule? Does sign-on plus base pay = Total annual comp target? Or does comp target = base pay, sign-on, 1st year vest.
Do you know how hard to be above average compare to Microsoft or amazon?
5% are rated as a 5, 20% are rated as a 4, 60% are rated a 3
Does people get refresher if they are just 3?
Focal sometimes, equity is rare.
