Comp Review - Deloitte USI, India

Dear All Current Org ; Deloitte USI, India Please need your review and help if my current comp is as per market standards or should I look out. Your sincere responses are highly appreciated. YOE - 14 Years post MBA Package : 35 lakh pa With D-USI, I currently work as Manager, Ops & Business Transformations Consultant. Previously, Worked with TCS (9y) , Deloitte (3Y) , Amazon(1) & now back with Deloitte Roles/ Skills : 1). PMP Certified 2). Lean Six Sigma Black Belt 3). Managed Large scale Ops & Transformation assignments for BFSI clients in UK & Europe 4). Have managed teams sizes of 5-300 FTEs 5). Operations Management, Transition , Change Management 6). Managed Ops & Transition assignments for global clients in UK. I had taken a significant pay cut on my package while moving from Amazon to Deloitte for personal reasons. My package was almost 100% higher ( with stocks ) Am evaluating if I should stick with current org or wait for my promotion in next two years. Due to market conditions , my current leadership ain’t sure about promotion next year. Hope information shared helps and looking forward to your advice.
