Comp and Product Culture at Intuit?

Can anyone share comp expectations and stock refreshers at Intuit? Considering a role there. Saw some data on levels, Glassdoor, and LinkedIn, but seems pretty varied. Would love to hear more about culture, w/l balance, and product org as well. Role at Intuit: Sr PM, Principal PM (Mountain View) current TC: 320k #offer #tech #intuit #product #culture #compensation #salary

Also, is PTO usually negotiable?

No

I could definitely be wrong, but I doubt you would hit your current tc as a Sr PM here. Likely more in line with principal. WLB overall at company is good but a lot of tasks fall to PM so it can be pretty busy. People are nice, products are good, politics rampant, refreshers are eh.

Thanks for the insight. Can you speak more about what the band might be for Sr PM and generally what refreshers you’d get?

200-230k total comp. refreshers in the 20-30k range

Location? In SD $320k seems crazy high for Sr. PM. Seems very high even if it were MTV. PTO isn’t negotiable AFAIK. You can see the accrual schedule at intuitbenefits.com. Refreshers probably 40-50k for a strong-ish performer.

Yes MV (edited post for clarification). Thanks for the info. What would be a more realistic range?

So, full disclosure I’m not PM but am good friends with many in the org, as well as their managers. :P In SD I’m seeing them more in the $225k TC range. Maybe a bit more for strong performers, but I’d be surprised to see Sr. north of 250. Adjust for MV of course. ATM I’m struggling to think of any Principals I actually know.
