Companies Sponsoring VISAs UK -> US
Anyone have a list of non-FAANG companies sponsoring VISAs to move to the US from the UK? I know a bunch of financial firms and FAANGs offer internal transfers but even in these companies are not many engineering roles and/or scarce non-engineering but semi-technical roles (analytics, BI etc) available in London... (I’m leetcoding and hope FAANG works out as an SWE, then move to the US as a SWE should be okay, but I am looking for back up options meanwhile.) Thanks in advance!

Look up this list for companies that will sponsor. https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/register-of-licensed-sponsors-workers
Good luck with that list, it includes plenty of companies that won't really hour new applicants requiring visa sponsorship.
