All of the TC mentioned here factor in the initial RSU that gets negotiated. However, there are companies that give a significant amount of refreshers every year, even if you just meet expectations. Trying to figure out such companies. For eg. Apple from what I know gives 100% of their base salary as annual refresher.
I'm level 4 SWE in Eddy Cue's org at Apple. Ive made only 40--60% of my base as annual refresher. Never a 100%. π
By annual refresher, do you mean it is given over 4 years or per year?
60% of base is also significant. It means every year you are getting ~100k worth of RSUs
