One of the AVG companies blinders hate on? Stripe, lyft, don’t know which others. They’re almost the same as all cash if you sell on vest, except the 1 year up/downside from when it converted to shares 🤷♂️
Getting a fang or snap like company’s offer for 400k literally is atleast as valuable as all cash and atmost 2x And then you have the finance companies…
Bloomberg can get you 3/4 of that if you’re good…
