Obviously joining upstart was a terrible mistake. Not only equity is down the drain but the true ups were peanuts to compensate for loss in equity. Lets create a thread so that if we join a company and stock tanks we know beforehand whats gonna happen Upstart: Joined: 2021 Original grant for 1 year : 100k at $200 price Equity grant: 40k just for second year at $25 which is again shit.
