C1 is actually pretty good on their RTO stance. Unless it changes, it’s left completely up to the individual to determine what “RTO” means to them. The CEO literally said he doesn’t want a manager to be able to tell an employee where they work which was interesting. I’m sure there’s gonna be pressure to come in, but I talked to the director and CTO of my org, and they both said it’s totally up to the individual.
What’s the pay like in Bay Area? 300k+ doable for 7 yoe?
