Companies with even worse WLB than Zoom USA teams?

Hi, zoom employee here. I have been at the company for almost 2 years and have been expected to regularly take 630-7 AM and 10-1030 PM meetings 4 days a week. We regularly work with overseas engineering teams. our engineering team is based in China and more engineering jobs are going to India this year and the culture is making a turn for even worse. My engineering team is expected to regularly take meetings with overseas teams at these odd hours. Im no stranger to long hours and owning my work, but mandatory meetings early morning and late night and not being empowered with a choice to reschedule the meeting on our terms is taking a toll on me and my team. I have worked hard with my manager and done my best to make it work, but my manager and his boss are being crushed as well and its been characterized as “its tough for me too” People joke about TikTok and Bytedance being 996 Chinese owned companies but knowing folks from these companies, Zoom’s mandatory meeting hours and culture are arguably worse. I had no clue before I joined and I don’t think I asked the right questions to dig deep and find these issues. The decision to keep engineering jobs in China and India is from the executives and there isnt much I can do. I am looking to make a change and currently exploring FAANG as well as several other tech companies. Any teams or companies with possibly worse culture that I should avoid?
