Which companies (beside Google) have crazy amount of benefits that add value to life and value for money. What are some of the benefits that you have found very useful? Benefits could range from great 401k match to something hidden that not many people know of. TC: 160k

I thought you guys stopped 401k matching or something
briefly, but it’s back.
Which companies offer subsidies for lavish vacations? That’s the only benefit I care about.
I believe airbnb gives you a ton of money for that
LinkedIn?
SAP treats account executives like kings. If you hit 120% of quota, you and your family get an all expense paid trip to Hawaii. You can get this every year.
What?! I need this.
I’m not surprise, their deals equal to millions of dollars for the company.. an all expense paid trip for the entire family is chump change.
Are there any companies left that offers tuition reimbursement? I know times have changed, I remember 10 years ago most companies were offering $10k.
Why would they treat you like a king, when they want you to do a soldier's job? And also there are probably 5 others waiting to replace you, if you dont ride the highway.
Fb, linkedin
Microsoft benefits are pretty amazing. May be it takes a while to realize that. 401k and medical are actually better than all other FANGS. Yes we don't have lunches but gym / equipment etc. is 1200 a year. Life insurance and legal aid etc. offerings are pretty low cost, Prime benefits and discounts apply to a lot of places e.g. 10 to 20% off on grocery bills make a large amount if you utilize it properly. Discounts on all premium cars (6% off on most audi models, somewhat similar on other brands). There are more if you spend the time. Most of these don't benefit youngsters who are healthy, don't have families to support. Hence catered food and on-site gym etc. seems more attractive. But those change dramatically as your circumstances change
I worked at Microsoft before. there was no gym benefit. In fact the gym membership they provided was more expensive than outside gyms in Redmond. I remember it was something like 100$ cut from your biweekly paycheck for just the employee and this was 12 years ago!. Cafetaria was also more expensive than outside, though they say they 'subsidized' it.
Like all things in life, probably it was like that back then. My data is current. The 1200 is from 2021, but it has been 1k for the last at least 5 years. I use it. Unclear what you mean by being more expensive. You could get membership of any gym, or buy bike, or shoes or any gear that fits in Personal health category, may be buy a treadmill even buy iwatch (I have done that) and get the expense reimbursed upto that 1200 limit, per year
