F equity. You get it at the year end. High base pay for your lifestyle not equity. And if you get your equity every month. It will help much because you would have more room to spend or invest ( dollar cost average over a longer period instead of bulk dumping at the year end) I just know Netflix. Spotify? Ehh, if you have a large amount of equity it typically vests monthly or quarterly at the bare minimum.

But a first year cliff is common, so if you are job hopping or get fired then you might be stuck without equity compensation.

Financial companies. Citadel securities gave me an offer of 400k a few years ago. I had 4 yoe back then
Expedia Group Imho has solid base. But that’s because there is NO bonus anymore
Roku and brex both can be 300k+ base for senior. Pins base is higher than most but not crazy high (220-230k for L5)
