Heard great things about “New”
All major companies except a few laid off people including top performers and here OP posts about tiers. Irony.
Just had an interview with HRT - that place is literally "left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing". I interviewed with supposedly a c-level, and then a director flat out contradicted them saying there was no one at that role. The recruiter then tells me that the director is a loose cannon but the rest of the company is grand. Juniper sales/marketing/plm are having a shit ton of internal fights as well - I avoided dealing with that fucking hand grenade.
There isn’t no such thing as a “director” at HRT. Unless you were interviewing for a accounting/finance role there’s a ~0% chance you actually interacted with a. “C-level” person coming from Twitter/a non-HFT firm I’m now super curious who interviewed you and would love that goss over DM
a twist indeed
