Has anyone used company VPN for watching Netflix content not available in the US? Is it risky?
Most corporate vpn will only route traffic to corporate sites. There is no reason to route Netflix or YouTube through the VPN and slow it down for everyone
Risky ? Probably Dumb ? Definitely That level of traffic should attract the attention of any halfway decent network security team
Counterpoint: everyone says this is risky but you could easily say you went to check your email quick and left your VPN on by accident afterwards? No way you’ll get in that much trouble for it unless you get busted for it during business hours. And no way any company is dumb enough to admit they’re watching every last thing their engineers are doing if they’re calling out employees for Netflix
Once or twice I agree. But you can't binge and expect no one to notice, I guess.

Job market is brutal for SWEs 🥲
Is it worth risking hundreds of thousands of dollars in income when you could just purchase NordVPN for a few bucks?
I get it, just wondering if anyone does it.
