I posted a poll yesterday on company benefits (image below). Interestingly, half of the respondents do know about all the benefits they get from their employer. Do u think having a dashboard (something like mint.col) can help? Will employees use it to get more clarity on their benefits?
Do your work that is helpful for your promo, not some shitty idea
OP is Amazon HR, so they are doing work for their promo 😁
The problem is that benefits are exceedingly difficult to see as an external prospect. You can't get any info on 401k, on COBRA, on healthcare plans, on other benefits. Speaking as an Amazonian, it's not trivial to see it internally, either. For example, COBRA rates are very difficult to find.
I am not HR.. just a regular employee. I asked this because there are so many benefits that Amazon offers that I am not aware of. E.g I just found out they reimburse for education, pay for certifications, home internet, adoption , massages, mental health counting etc etc. I was creating a list of all the benefits in an excel sheet so thought of asking here.
Doesn’t levels.fyi have this?
