Company is moving to guidewire, 3rd job in 2 years need help

I live in the midwest so jobs besides C# jobs are hard to come by. I would love to move out of .NET but it doesn’t seem feasible in this area. I also struggle to find good remote positions on LinkedIn and it seems like every company I know of that hires remote is hiring like principal/staff engineers which I am not ready for. I like my current job and team, it’s a lot of legacy code but the work is interesting when it is there and I am being noticed for my above and beyond abilities. The issue is they are moving to guidewire, and no fuckin way I am going to be a guidewire dev this early in my career. So I am looking to make a job hop, but this is my 3rd job in 2 years and I am just tired of this. I want a cool job I can be proud of and work at for a while where I can make good money (of course). I am not very good at LC but of course I will start and practice. Working on some personal projects to bolster my resume a bit if this job search goes on. Looking for general career advice, experiences from people in the midwest, or suggestions for companies to try and apply too TC: 105k YOE: just passed 3
