What TC can I expect moving from Google -> HFT as L4?
Do you buy your company's stock? Why or why not? Do they have a company purchase program? How long do you hold it?
No. We’re not allowed to outside of select channels. Additionally, in my view, you are already highly indexed to your firm, so you’re concentrating risk too heavily by investing in your employer. Top that off with the fact we get deferred compensation which is in the form of company stock and it makes even less sense to me. Now, if your company is Amazon or Google, you may think differently, but even then it’s definitely a risk.
Wow a guy from DFA. How is it there are you guys paid well? I buy and hold espp at previous employers. Microsoft was one
I don't really understand your question... Sorry
My company isn’t even public lol gotta wait til I become an MD to buy my stock
Not about putting all your eggs into one basket.
No I don't. Your bonus is already heavily correlated to your company's performance so there is no point adding to that. Invest in other stocks there is plenty
Espp sell ASAP
