Company/Career advice for a non tech (planning)

Last year, I took a new job at a start up (who I think will do well) as strategy and planning manager. It’s been kind of hectic trying to scale up to hyper growth since my role right is kind of getting bounced around a bit. I feel like I don’t have a true sponsor in my role and no one who really understands it. Also a lil bit of company politics. I’m thinking I want to find a new job where I can get more support, develop and learn more in my field and make an impact in strategy planning and demand planning. Have most of my experience in hardware/products, so wanted to see if y’all had any recs where I should consider.... Probably will look at Apple, square and google hardware etc... also anyone who has done demand planning previously and made a cross over to a new job function, would love to hear how that went. If anyone else also wouldn’t mind offering any references, happy to connect with y’all as well. Thanks!
