I received an offer for a Front End Engineer position with Compass. Is this company worth it? I have read the older posts and they do not seem to be too positive. That said, has there been any improvement in outlook, culture, or anything else? EDIT: interview offer Essentially, I'm curious to know if this is something worth pursuing seriously.

Sorry I was vague. It was for an interview offer, but it came from an internal referral from a guy I went to college with.
