Compass interview experience?
Have onsite next week with Compass. There is very less information about compass interviews online. Anyone recently attended their interview? What to expect? TC: 350k YoE: 10

My bro interviewed there and he had a bad experience. It was for TPM and all interviews were all technical and lame. Two things I got from him about it, it has no behaviour or human nature, it's just kinda people jumping on the room and start asking you questions without any good interaction. The second part, He was totally drained out and they did not offer snacks or lunch so it was the biggest complain 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Is this a recent instance? In NYC?

Terrible interview experience. People are arrogant and entitled, would be very careful of the culture and direction of engineering team.
Update: I had mixed interview experience. Couple of interviewers were late, one interviewer was supposed to cover one technical competency but ended up taking other. They were courteous, in between the interviews they asked about water, food etc. Interviewers totally engaged and interested in knowing my solution and thought process. Overall it was okay experience for me. Thanks for all the replies.
@someguy851 mind sharing some information on the engineering team. Any interesting work? Work life balance? People and management?
Poor and unpleasant management, wouldn’t recommend.
work depends on team wlb is very good, promos and performance are not directly correlated to hours and perceived effort people are very nice, managers are usually nice but competency varies. a lot more new ones than i would like
Can anybody suggest what questions can we expect in coding rounds of on-site?
Was super easy... But I didn’t get it because they told me I supposedly “spoke too negatively of my former employer” 😂
How many Coding vs System design interviews were there? What was the difficulty of the questions?
That isn't a strong reason to reject. Not sure what they are looking for.
