It is down because investors realized that this company is a scam. If you see how it's managed from inside you wouldn't invest a penny. Right now the company is working on what they promised investors would make the company profitable. Let me tell you, Compass will never be profitable if they continue managing it the they are right now
Read the initial filing. All our revenue is generated via collecting ALL agent earned commission and then keeping about 19% of it (on average), thus inflation->recession->fewer sales=less revenue. Is the bubble about to pop for us? IDK, but you can see everything you need to in the public documents. Our revenue is tied directly to the housing market which is cooling off and certainly operating at inflated prices, so expect sellers to slow down.
