Please help me out in understanding the range of TC at bank of america, I am foreseeing an offer as SDE III (~AVP/VP) Need your insights in Base, Sign on, and Annual bonus.

IIRC I was 175k for a VP with 6-7 years experience in NYC, all base no bonus
Thanks for your information, is it the bank policy for not giving bonus or totally dependent on the team ?
Most likely in the 120s base wise. Bonus can vary. That was my previous role at the bank
