Compensation after 2 yrs in Software Dev role
What is the usual compensation/salary of a software dev with a Masters in CS and working with a company like amazon, microsoft for 2.5 yrs in washington area?

Yeah base salary..
Base between 120 - 130k. Stock varies a lot. If you are a new hire you can easily get over 100k vesting in 4 years. Cash bonus depends on performance but 15k should be easy to get.
