I know it varies heavily on experience. I have 13 years marketing experience, I am currently a Sr Marketing Manager and Glassdoor is telling me I am about $25k underpaid in the Bay Area. Making $155k base with about $100k in RSU’s +15% bonus. Does this sound right? Thanks
Since when is glassdoor an accurate authority on comp?
If I thought it were gospel I wouldn’t have asked this question. I would have gotten all my answers from just that site. For someone reason I thought this app was going to be helpful 🤭 I also made a disclaimer that there are variables. Sorry for wasting your time.
It’s ok. You must be new here. You are forgiven
Lol
Marketing? Come on... you should be happy with anything that’s 100k+
I have a lot of alums working in FB's product marketing and the pay is pretty good. Majority user of this app are engineers who make more than marketing, but 100k is only for entry level. With your 13y experience, probably consider negotiate for bonus when you had a good year? Great results speak louder than voice :) plus I heard that Intuit treat employees very nicely.
Is the $100K RSUs the initial grant or your annual refresher?
Wow nice attitude. Maybe we pay based on the number of values you embody.
For 13 years experience this sounds low, but for Sr MM level you TC sounds right. I’d go with the level for this
Also when I worked at Intuit i got 20% bonus...
Sounds like a low bonus for a sr mgr - is it common for this type of work?
Not particularly common. One level above me gets a 25% bonus.
Sr Marketing Manager is not a senior manager. It's an IC title.
