Compensation range for SoFi Senior director on business side (non-engineer)
I am trying to gage what a senior director in SoFi compensation range is that works in the business side ( not a software engineering role).The role I am interviewing for is a blend of strategy, business management to drive the results initiatives of their new consumer bank ( money) checking savings account. I have 15+ years of relevant banking experience so I am cautious of giving the recruiter too low a figure. Trying to get a sense of their typical compensation structure ratio (salary, incentive bonus, versus stock.)#interview
It depends on where you are located. In the Bay Area it should be more around 300k base

I have seen mid 200s base in the Bay area for business side sr directors. Target bonus 30%.
What was your final offer and did you end up joining?
I don’t know what the range would be, but feel like Sr. director comp has to be in low to mid $200’s on base plus another $50k-$100k bonus plus additional variable comp.
