Hi, Recently I switched to some other company. I am not liking work culture. I want to go back to Oracle. However, it seems that Oracle has a policy that employees can return at compensation last drawn at Oracle. Anyone in here, who was in similar situation and got rehired at current or greater than current pay. Also, while returning, they are ready to restore un-vested shares. Can the schedule of these be kept the same as it was before you left ? PS: they were ready to retain at current compensation while Leaving. Would be really grateful to any help.
