Competing offers for Meta
Which company's offers are best to leverage for negotiating a Meta offer? In the interview loop right now. Trying to figure which other companies I should interview for? You’re kidding right. You need to interview with as many as you can, just to improve the odds of getting any offer at all. What makes you think you can pick one company and get in.
This is for timing it right. I will obviously interview with as many as possible. But I will try to first schedule the companies which would matter more.
Google if you can. For some reason whenever Meta recruiters/folks to me they think I'm a god.
Unfortunately Google rejected my resume. I did apply through a referral but no luck.
Meta usually offers the best offer, you can negotiate without another offer even.
