Completed Google CS Program do I need Sec+?

I just finished the Google Cyber Security program & have been using TryHackMe to get better at Linux CLI & W3Schools to get better at scripting in Python. I recently saw SPLUNK is offering a free course too. My hope is to one day become a Security Engineer or PenTester & I’ve been in IAM the past 4 years. Do you think Sec+ would still be necessary or should I try and get more hands on experience? #tech #cybersecurity #google
