ha, honestly it might come up, but i think itd be rare. if you have the time to prepare for dp questions i'd invest in it. if you don't have time, master other areas (graphs, strings, data structures, javascript language, etc)
Google and most other big techs are language neutral for interviews. That being said using JS for a position specialized in a field where JS is clearly less suitable for may become a small disadvantage.
If you are good & comfortable at it, why not? Google doesn't really care what language you use in your interviews. All they look for is thought process, problem solving and how you convert that into good code
javascript is great aside from the fact there’s no built-in priority queue/heap/BST stuff, so you’ll want to be able to create those classes from scratch.
