My annual performance discussion with my manager happened around 3 weeks back and he has not submitted the feedback in workday yet. Discussion was very good and he did not bring a single issue about performance and in fact he thanked for the performance I have shown in last 4 months. What is happening? Expedia old timers any input, generally when manager submit the performance review in workday?
Is your manager fairly senior? Some old timers have a habit of not inputting. I’m not sure why, but our systems have changed so often, it’s all a bit slack. I’d also think some senior folks distracted. You might just ask your manager to post.
