Confluent Interview

Hi Everyone, I interviewed with Confluent (India) for SDE (L2 ) role. HR informed me that feedbacks were very positive after every round. But while the team match was happening, the HR informed that the position was filled as they hired internally. So he told me they will keep my interview feedback for 6 months and get back to me if the role opens up. Wanted to know if the recruiter really reaches out in this situation and also the current hiring scenario at Confluent.#engineering #software
