Confluent Interview Result
I finished my last set of rounds more than a week ago and have not heard back. The recruiter said that my interview has not been reviewed yet. Is this normal? How soon should I expect a result? #confluent
Is this because they interview a lot before deciding or they are very slow with reviewing interview feedback?
I don't think thats the case. If they like you, they will extend an offer. They might simply not have been able to get to your file yet.
How was your onsite? I have one coming up soon.
They took one week to revert with my first tech screening round feedback. So, this looks normal
How was the inteview process? How many weeks did it take for the entire process starting from the first screening interview with the hiring manager till the release of offer letter?
Average turn around is two weeks. However, things have been busy lately
