I am wondering how much do they pay for senior/ staff level. Looks like they are unicorn with promising future.

Their best bet is Cloudera buy out. They don't offer anything you can't write your self with 3 good developers.

Bless your hearts. As an insider, I laugh at this. Blind said the same about MongoDB.
Be realistic about there exit strategy considering the growing and all encompassing cloud vendors
