I recently got a job offer from Amazon as a Data Engineer for L4 position and I currently work as a Data Engineer at Capgemini in Atlanta. I am really confused to choose between these two companies considering below points. I request you to please help me to make a wise decision. Thanks in advance. YOE: 5 Years Capgemini - Atlanta Current TC : 85k Hiked TC(After Amazon offer in hand and negotiation) : 135k Amazon - Seattle Offered TC(Including stocks and bonus) : 160k Note: Unmarried, 28 years old. #tech #Amazon #Capgemini #JobOffer #Relocation #AmazonOffer #dataengineerinterview #dataengineer#techindustry#Datascience#InformationTechnology
If the PIP horror stories don't affect you much, it's a no brainer. Amazon has higher TC, arguably better projects to work on, and a great addition to the resume.
Rating tells it pretty clear.. Capgemini ofcourse.
Why didn't capgemini just pay you your worth. Leave just for the retribution
How is your WLB at Capgemini?
Its relatively good these days but it gets worst at times. However as its consulting, this keeps on changing from project to project. I have switched 3 projects last year.

How did you frame your capgemini negotiation? I think $135k is pretty good for atlanta and if you like your current role then stay.
