Considering Job change
I have been in Microsoft IDC for over an year now working as a Mobile developer . I recently got promoted to SDE2 ( 61 ). I now have an offer from another company with ~40% increase in TC ( Back end developer ). Should I leave Microsoft and take up the new offer ? .Can this have a negative impact on my career/resume as Microsoft is my second job after college ? Current TC after promotion ~26.5 LPA Total YOE - 2.5

It really depends on team! I've only worked in AWS and it has some pretty challenging stuff. I can't say for the rest of Amazon as I haven't worked there, but large scale distributed systems is never easy.
