Contracting - Databricks Vs Apple?

Both rates are almost the same. 100/hr on W2. High deductible insurance. Working in LLM/ML Apple is on-site 3 days at the Cupertino Location Databricks is Remote. What I see with Databricks is the project durations are very short. But you will be working for different clients and different projects. Apple is longterm and with one team. I don’t know about the FTE conversion process at both the companies. Any suggestions?

I’ve never done contracting but I’d imagine continuity means you have a better chance of converting to full time if that’s the end goal. If you just want to learn then the short rotations will likely you give you more exposure
