Contractor to FTE Microsoft

I work as a contractor for Microsoft. I am a program manager. Was never promised a FTE when I was interviewed for this role. It’s only been a couple of months since I started but my question is how soon is too soon to start looking and applying for a FT role within Microsoft and how should I do it? Should I reach out to my manager or a couple of other folks who work FT in MS? #tech #programmanager #programmanageratmicrosoft
