Convoy Data Analyst Offer

I just went through the interview process with Convoy for a Data Analyst position at Convoy. Current: YOE: 5 (1.5 yrs at AMZ) Title: L5 Business Analyst TC: $120K Signing: $37K RSUs: 60 Offer: $70K Options: 14K (~$105K) The only reason I didn’t hang up the phone was because I actually liked the HM. He gave me a story about leveling and comp but it was really shocking. Thought I’d share since this community has helped me a lot...hopefully it helps someone else.
