Convoy compensation
Hi All, If you work at Convoy, 1. what is the typical compensation breakdown? 2. Are there buy back events / opportunities for the options? If yes, how were your options valued? I am considering an offer but concerned about liquidity. Thanks! TC 400K
What's your offer like? What level?
They had an outside investor buy up to 20% of your vested shares at $10.xx earlier this year. They say they want to do liquidity events like that once every other year or so
220 Base and 80K options. L7. How much more room do I have?

Yes its not better. Also factoring in quality of work and happiness quotient.
Doubt you have much more room on cash, maybe a little on options. You’re betting on upside- obviously apples to oranges when comparing to Amazon.

IC just means Individual Contributor. What role are you interested in? If I can determine the level, I can give a ballpark estimate
In the last ~4 years I've never had an opportunity to sell options or stock. There is no liquidity and no upcoming IPO.

My actual comp is closer to 300. With the stock uptick everyone is seeing big gains. Yes L7.
