Convoy interviews - is it worth the time ?
I have had couple chats with their recruiters who have done their pitch. I still don’t have good insight into their interviewing process. Most importantly is it worth the time ? Interviewing with them ? Has anyone interviewed with the lately for like a T6 position? How’s the work culture there ? #convoy #engineering
I had an enjoyable experience but couldn’t clear the part 1 round Did not have correct mindset for OO round I thought it would be LC stuff

DM if you want an inside look. Am eng is similar role. Am cautiously optimistic about company prospects, lots of positive signs. Upside potential still there. Eng culture is still figuring itself out. New CTO, looking for positive changes in upcoming months.

I interviewed for an analytics role. Went into excited and with expectations. But the onsite interview process turned out to be bland/weird. The first interviewer was bit intimidating that I was surprised and some what lost interest, may be because I went with the expectation of being a really exciting place. The hiring managers were bland as well and didn't seem to be too interested in knowing my background. They indeed are trying to imitate Amazon. I didn't clear the onsite ofc and only feel bad for spending the time with them.
I’d say yes, interesting problem, right stage to join a lot of upside and little risk.
