If rsu is worth 2 dollars then it would be comparing 135k over 4 years vs 270k over 4 years
You have some room to move up on your Convoy offer, I recently got $180k base with 20k options and $20k signing at T4 using some competing offers. Assuming Seattle and SWE.
How does that compare to your current TC at FB? Will you be taking it?
