Passed my on-site interviews and I'm trying to decide between the TRAAX (Trade Automation and Execution) team and a different team at Bloomberg. It seems like the TRAAX team has some really cool technology (real time data streaming, etc) and thus some opportunities to learn and be challenged (currently 4 yoe). Which is why I'm leaning towards them. The other team I'm considering is more similar to what I'm doing at my current job, so not as exciting, but I liked the manager a lot more. He seems more personable than the TRAAX managers I spoke to, someone I would get along with easily. My biggest concern is wlb on the TRAAX team as it seems like they are growing rapidly, are a critical time sensitive system, and it seems like the managers are very technical and engineering focused and not as personable. Anyone from Bloomberg have any insights on that team?
Whatβs the other team? Knowing what the other team is is definitely a factor.
Anyone have more info on TRAAX? Would the WLB be possibly bad?
Peace of mind is more important for me
