Current Company offered new pay package to retain, should I take it? Which is better for you long term? Over the next 20 years of your career which one provides you best stepping stone/path? How is WLB at Intel and do you know how it will be at the new place? Do you value it at this point in your life? (Family etc)

Was compensation the only reason you were looking for a new job? If there were other reasons, just make the jump. Personally, I would never take a counter offer.

It depends, was compensation the only reason of moving out and are you on good terms wit team ang manager If yes then stay. In all other cases move out
