Counter offer

The recruiter had told me that range of the role is 130-150 base +10% bonus. Everyone who interviewed liked me and They offered 150 base + 10% bonus. What should be my counter offer …. signon + base+bonus? BTW - I was laid off from Oracle 3 months back and my TC used to be 220K #recruitics #offers #offer
