Heard leadership is dysfunctional ever since their CEO changed. They also laid off a bunch of people including new grads to prepare for IPO. I would stay away.

That is not true. Company went through a rough transition period in 2017 when the CEO changed, but things are stable and stronger now with a focused vision on the business side of things. Iβve not heard of any layoffs? Infact they want to hire more people over this year and next and have seen multiple new grad offers being given out.
