For anyone that works at Credit Karma, I’d love to hear what your experience has been/was like there. Bonus points if you can speak to the Product side of the house, and double bonus points if you can speak to the CLT campus. And since everyone knows the rules - TC: $110k.
Visited CK as a part of my university's SF trip. All I know is that they have freaking massage parlours in their SF office- which is dope 😇😇🍷
That's not that uncommon really
You still need to pay for them. They are subsidized so it’s like 10 bucks or something. Never done it.
Great company and benefits. Pay is good if you value the private equity. There are politics and friction to getting things done as the company breaks into HYSA and other aspects of finance, and security is paramount. Happy to discuss more in detail over DM.
I work in product and love it. Can’t speak to CLT campus. Agree politics is an issue, but same as it ever was, man.
I’m in CLT, not product though. But DM if you have questions about CLT campus. 🙂
What’s the food like in Charlotte, do you get free lunch?
Yes, they do get free lunch.
I love it. Don’t listen to all the haters. Lots of hyper growth.
What vertical are you in that is experiencing “hyper growth”? Autos?
Company overall is growing. I’m in engineering.
Get into CK CLT. Easily the best tech company in the area. We've been pulling in the best of the local talent. DM me if you want to know more.
Received an offer; recruiter said I might be able to get a signon bonus but no negotiation on salary or RSU. Any idea how much bonus I should ask for?
Fin tech. Bad engineering culture. Did Not know non-tech culture though.
CLT is growing pretty fast. Easily one of, if not _the_, top tech company in Charlotte.
Dead in water
