Criteo- offer letter without a contract Spain

Hello, I got an offer letter but it seems like I need to wait for 2 weeks for a contract. Is there anything I should be extra careful about what Criteo puts into a contract? Also in case there is something that will cause me to nit sign a contract is the the offer letter legally binding? All this is in Spain. #criteo Thanks!
