It's aight Culture is team specific but most teams I know of have it pretty good "Other countries" they'll let you work from your country provided it's us/Canada/EU/UK/India/aus

What's their policy on being a digital nomad e.g. I want to spend a couple of weeks in Japan, France, Italy etc. Would I need to get approval? am I only allowed to work from countries that have CS offices?

We have no benefits. There are no benefits at Crowdstrike. Not even a 401k match. We pay you monies and that's it. Stop asking for benefits, it makes me feel bad.
