I'm considering joining Cruise. How is the culture? Are PSUs actually paid, at what rate?
I'm curious as well. How are promotions/leveling handled?
Their location in sf is hard to get to though. PSUs are based on company hitting certain goals

Well, you going ahead and spamming every single Cruise thread with the other thread link is a bit of a dick-move and lends credence to the theory that you really are out to malign them (and hence may not be being very truthful!).
It’s true, I’m angry. Why else why would I take the time to post such a detailed account of everything? As stated it’s up to you if you believe it or not, but the point is getting more people to see it to have a greater impact.
One of my friends from FB joined cruise and he loves it. The work they are doing is amazing, they are actually solving a very hard problem. Some teams have bro culture but the general vibe is great and lot of impactful projects to grow. He had offers from literally all the major ones from the silicon valley and he chose Cruise. Mind sharing your offer?
